Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.
Children aged 2–15 years can stay free of charge in a shared room with 2 adults. Please note that a green tax of USD 12 per child per night is applicable additionally. Meals are free of charge for children aged 2–14 years based on the rules of the meal plan, accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. The property arranges shared speedboat transfers between Velana International Airport and the resort. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
Transfers are scheduled according to guests’ flight arrival and departure times and may include other guests. They do not operate every hour. The maximum waiting time at the airport is approximately 2 hours.
Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, guests should proceed to counters B7B8,an airport representative will assist them. The hotel voucher will be provided before departure to the resort, and the representative will escort guests to the speedboat.
